WHEN A LIZARD CAN, WHY CAN'T WE?
In order to renovate the house, someone in Japan breaks open the wall.
Japanese houses normally have a hollow space between the wooden walls.
When tearing down the walls, he found that there was a lizard stuck there because a nail from outside hammered into one of its feet.
He sees this, feels pity, and at the same time curious, as when he checked the nail, it was nailed 10 years ago when the house was first built.. !
What happened?
The lizard has survived in such position for 10 years!!!!!!!!!!
In a dark wall partition for 10 years without moving, it is impossible and mind-boggling.
Then he wondered how this lizard survived for 10 years! Without moving a single step--since its foot was nailed!
So he stopped his work and observed the lizard, what it has been doing, and what and how it has been eating.
Later, not knowing from where it came appears another lizard, with food in its mouth.
Ah! He was stunned and touched deeply.
For the lizard that was stuck by nail; another lizard has been feeding it for the past 10 years...
Imagine? It has been doing that untiringly for 10 long years, without giving up hope on its partner.
Think, will u do that to your partner?
Think that will you do it to your Parents , Friends, Co-workers, brothers and Sisters?
Imagine what a small creature can do that a creature blessed with a brilliant mind can't.
As information and communication technology advances, our access to information becomes faster and faster.
But the distance between human beings . .. . is it getting closer as well?
Please never abandon your loved ones
Never Say U R Busy When They Really Need You...
You May Have The Entire World At Your Feet......
But You Might Be The Only World To Them....
A Moment of negligence might break the very heart which loves you thru all odds....
Before you say something just remember. It takes a moment to Break but an entire life to make...
To Live Use Heart and to Survive use Brains.
Then Life would be a paradise Unfurling only Love Joy and Happiness....

May you be well and happy
I never expect this will be that painful.
I never think this will be so difficult.
Life is full of suffering.
Life is full of unexpectancy.
Life is full of unsatisfactory
Life is never easy for everyone.

Daniel,
I got to know u since sem1. as your are the youngest in our batch. And we both, are few of the shortest in our batch, that made me feel less "pressure" whenever we had group photos in B105. We had some attachments together and had some chats and laughs at canteen, cafeteria and in class. We had a trip to penang at semester break in sem1. and u brought us around penang. that was one of my wonderful trips in penang.
We got closer in sem2, wen i had my CNY in penang, my uncle's house. I "tumpang" your car back to KL. We were chit-chatting and you taughted me the "rules" of highway. and definitely your are a more stable driver than i do. That made me cant accept your lost! I still remember we were lost on the way back to vista. and we wasted 1-hour around the KL city. and finally we reached vista at very late evening. We went to sri petaling to have our dinner. Unfortunately, we hitted something on our way back to vista unintentionally, that caused the 'black oil' in the car leaked. I was panic (although vista was just near-by) but U were so clam when we saw the whole roadside was filled with black oil after we finished our dinner. that time was late night. ...
Sem3, was the time I discoverd your skill in photographing and your dedication on your works.U were so willing to spend time to edit and to capture the best moments we had in the orientation.
U were good in computer too!. I had lots of enquiries related to computer, router, network, and you basically solved all for me! U tought me DOTA.. although i m stil a lousy player. without u, i will most probably wont get involve in this games!
U stil remember that u will share with me bout the new PDA u brought? I was checking out your PDA in the reunion dinner. U shown me the functions and how great it was. we were laughing at the table abut wat would we would be doing after graduating.. and i cant believe that would be the last time i had dinner with u.
most of the time, we didnt take pic together, doesnt mean u are not important to me, was because i never expect there wil be no more chance left...

Mrs Lee,
Sat morning, the morning for Daniel's funeral, I receieved a phone call from my sis, telling me that Mrs Lee, u had an acute kidney disease and passed away.
I was shocked and was almost dropped my phone.
It cant be! Mrs Lee, you had not complained about any kidney conditions and you were healthy.
Mrs Lee, I have so much to say to you..
You would probably remmeber me as the weakest student in your class.
I failed my 1119 and I cant speak a single English sentence at all before I met U.
After 2 years, with your dedication and guideness, I managed to score Band 5 in MUET and got into IMU.
I could not possible use English as a communication device if I was not your student.
I could not possible get into IMU if I was not your student.
I have too much to thank you....
U cared bout us(all your students)..u tought us more than wat academic required...
U are the only teacher i know , who willing to hv reunion with students till midnite at the mamak.. who have movies at cinema with students.
Really missed the moment with u..

Appreciate what u hv, before it is too late.

emotion and wisdom

the love of those who are unawakened arises from emotions.
the love of those who are awakened is born of wisdom.
the love is impartial, unconditional, all-encompassing.

Low HDL leads to Poor Memory
HDL vs Memory
Their study included 3,673 civil servants enrolled in a British health trial, which included periodic analysis of blood lipid levels and testing for memory declines.Low HDL cholesterol was defined as less than 40 mg/dL, and an HDL level of 60 mg/dL or more was considered high. During the observation period, declines in HDL were found to be associated with corresponding declines in memory. At age 61, study participants with low levels of "good" cholesterol had a 53% increased risk of memory loss compared to participants with high HDL levels.
Statins Didn't Help Memory
Total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were not linked with memory declines, and the use of statin (drugs) did not seem to affect memory loss.Statins lower LDL but are not very effective for raising HDL. Clinical trials of other drugs that specifically target HDL have so far proven disappointing.
Maintain Good Cholesterol Level
- Following a healthy lifestyle
- Regular exercise
- Maintaining a healthy weight
- quit or do not smoke
Results shown HDL cholesterol to be important for memory, so physicians and patients should be encouraged to monitor HDL."
